Lemon Ginger Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients:
- Brussels sprouts 1 pound (halved trimmed)
- Garlic 1 clove - 1 tsp powder
- Ginger 1 tbsp grated - 1 tsp powder
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Lemon 1/2 juice*sub 2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- Ground Pepper 1/4 tsp (black or white)
- Salt 1/4 tsp

Honey 1 tsp
**to make vegan sub agave**
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425
- In a medium sized bowl toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper
- Spread on sheet pan leaving a little space in between each sprout
- Bake in oven for 20 - 25 minutes turning half way through
- Once pulled from over drizzle with honey or agave
