Lemon Ginger Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients:

  • Brussels sprouts 1 pound (halved trimmed) 
  • Garlic     1 clove - 1 tsp powder 
  • Ginger    1 tbsp grated - 1 tsp powder
  • Olive oil  1 tbsp 
  • Lemon   1/2 juice*sub 2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • Ground Pepper   1/4 tsp (black or white)
  • Salt         1/4 tsp
  • Honey    1 tsp
    **to make vegan sub agave**

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 
  2. In a medium sized bowl toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper 
  3. Spread on sheet pan leaving a little space in between each sprout 
  4. Bake in oven for 20 - 25 minutes turning half way through 
  5. Once pulled from over drizzle with honey or agave
